About these terms
This website is operated by Aerolis. By using the site you agree to these terms. Each client engagement is governed by its signed proposal and services agreement, which take precedence over this page.
Using this website
Content on this site is general information, not professional advice. Please don’t copy the site’s text, design or code without permission, or misuse its forms.
How services are agreed
Work is carried out under a written proposal and services agreement that set out the scope, deliverables, integrations, approval steps, timeline, fees and payment terms. Nothing on this website is a binding offer, and this site does not publish fixed prices.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely access to the systems, accounts and information needed, confirm they have the right to share any data provided, and review and approve workflows, messages and business rules before launch.
Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, milestones and any monthly support charges are set out in each proposal. Third-party software, messaging and AI usage fees are billed by those providers unless agreed otherwise.
Third-party services and AI
Automations rely on third-party services such as CRMs, calendars, messaging providers and AI models, whose availability, behavior, pricing and terms are outside our control. AI output can be inaccurate; workflows include business rules, human approval options and monitoring to reduce that risk, but clients remain responsible for messages and decisions made in their name.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, the client owns the deliverables created specifically for them, as described in the agreement. Aerolis keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates and general know-how, and grants the client a license to use them as part of the deliverables.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information private and uses it only for the engagement, as set out in the agreement.
Warranties and liability
Services are performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business results, such as numbers of leads or bookings. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement as described in the agreement. Fees for work completed up to the end date remain payable, and we will help hand over access and data as agreed.
